At Swiss Environmental Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our products and provide reliable repair services. Please note that we do not accept product returns.

Repairs Under Warranty

• Products covered by warranty are repaired free of charge.
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults under normal use.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Repairs Outside Warranty

• Products not covered by warranty can still be repaired.
• Repair costs will be charged to the customer, including parts and service fees.
• A quotation will be provided before repair work begins.

Important Notes

• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all repair requests.
• Customers are responsible for delivering the product to our service center.
• Swiss Environmental Solutions reserves the right to refuse service if the product has been tampered with or damaged due to improper use.
